Smart Trailers
Enabling Safety, Productivity & Communication
Including connectivity where you need it.
Jobsites have unique challenges for technology—not only in getting the tech you need to remote locations, but also having tech that is rugged enough to withstand all manner of dirt, debris, and weather. When you add in the complexity of technology that needs an internet connection but also needs to be stationed away from the main trailer, you can end up with a storm of decreased productivity, communication, and dangerous safety shortcuts.
CCR Technologies has developed smart trailers to tackle many of these issues. By providing reliable internet access and data capabilities, workers can access important information and communicate with colleagues or supervisors in real time. This enhances workers’ ability to quickly identify potential hazards and take necessary precautions. Workers are not only better protected—you also save time and resources by avoiding incidents or accidents.
Solutions
What size is the mobile trailer?
We have three different trailers that are designed to provide a variety of options based on the need of the location and the terrain. Towers range in height from 14–40 feet.
How are the trailers powered?
Each trailer is equipped with a solar package. Depending on the size of the trailer, these range from 200-1200W. All of our trailers include monitoring and management of the solar power system, plus notifications like low battery alerts.
Trailers also come with AC power backup and charging, as well as a battery backup that ranges from 24-72 hours of backup power, based on the size of the trailer.
Is generator power available?
In addition to the solar power systems built into each trailer, our Mini Mobile Trailers and Large Mobile Trailers have an add-on option for a generator.
Can I add security cameras to a smart trailer?
Yes! We have worked with clients to install security cameras, lights, and more on our trailers. We are able to work with multiple camera system vendors to integrate with our clients’ current systems, as well as provide recommendations on what we have seen work best for clients in the past.
